Welcome to our Yoga School!

Located in the beautiful and vibrant Seaside Farms community, our recently completed eco-friendly, green school space located at 1973 Riviera Drive in Mount Pleasant showcases the finest facility available for your yoga and well being. Over 3600 square feet of space total, the school includes a full 1500 square foot yoga room, comfortable locker rooms with showers, and a beautiful, expansive lobby for relaxing and visiting with other students before and after class. The heating system has been engineered to meet and exceed Bikram's specific requirements, providing a silent, consistent, even temperature and relative humidity in the yoga space. Our yoga room flooring is made of 50% post-industrial recycled content, and is an ideal anitmicrobial/antifungacidal, non-slip material for your practice. Parking is ample, well-lit and near the front door.

We are happy to be the first and only yoga school in the state of South Carolina offering Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class, with Bikram's series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises unchanged for maximum benefit.
