Your First Class
PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE STUDIO NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS TIME TO REGISTER. ALL CLASSES ARE BEGINNER ORIENTED, PERFECT FOR YOUR FIRST YOGA CLASS!!!
You do not have to pre-register for classes, just show up!!!!

Our Facilities:
- The studio has full-size locker rooms for men and women, each with three showers.
- Lockers are provided with their own keys. No lock needed!
- We open 30 minutes before class starts, and close 30 minutes after class ends.
- You can purchase water and coconut water for electolytes.
- We have a full retail section including Shakti Activewear, Heidi Hat, Breathe, American Apparel, and Yogitoes.
How to Prepare for Class:
- The room is kept at 105 degrees and 50% humidity, so be prepared to sweat! Come to class on an empty stomach.
- Do not eat for 3 hours before class. If you must eat, fruit, yogurt or a granola bar is best.
- Be well hydrated before class. As you practice, you will want to drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
- Wear light clothing such as a sports bra and shorts. Shorts for men. Try to avoid sweats or baggy clothing. Be comfortable!!
- Bring a yoga mat, a bath towel and a liter of water. If you forget, we have these for rent and sale at the studio.
Yoga Etiquette:
- No socks or shoes in the yoga room. Please leave them in the locker room.
- No cell phones, pagers or PDA’s inside the yoga room.
- Do not talk during class or for 15 minutes after class ends. Respect the silence of your neighbors. You may talk very quietly in the Yoga room before class.
- Practice only the Bikram Beginning Yoga Series as described by the instructor. You may practice other postures or variations before or after class.
- Bring ONLY your Yoga mat, bath towel and water into the Yoga room. No purses, gym bags, hand towels, blocks, straps, etc.
- Classes are 90 minutes and begin exactly on time. No late-comers will be admitted; no leaving class early. Use the restroom before class.
