Bikram Yoga teaches not only the ideal pose–-how you should eventually do it, but also the reality–- what problems will be encountered as you try to do it; what clues will help you make rapid progress; and where you might be tempted to "cheat," depriving yourself of the benefits gained from doing the pose properly. Bikram's teachers explains to you how this series of 26 poses will enhance mind and body; relax, strengthen, reshape and heal all of you in 90 minutes. All levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged to come and change their lives!

Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a series of 26 poses, scientifically-designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order which they should be stretched. The posture exercises methodically circulate fresh, oxygenated blood through 100% of your body– to each organ and fiber–restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well-being will automatically follow.
