Standing Bow Pulling posture is another Balancing posture that is truly driven by your kicking leg. The two most important actions in this posture are 1) kicking your leg back into your hand as hard as you possibly can, and 2) stretching your arm and shoulder toward the mirror with your CHIN AND SHOULDER TOUCHING. This is the last of the postures that are held for a full minute in class, and it test the limits of your strength, dermination, balance, and poise.
